ABOUT US
Why My Quality Care was founded by a Gold Coast family who had been through many challenges with their own son who has cerebral palsy among other issues. The quality of care he received wasn’t up to scratch and the experience was often stressful and time-consuming. The family wanted to improve the level of service, quality of care, and life experiences for their son. But above all, they wanted him to be comfortable and happy in his home. That included finding a support workers, that focused on true quality of life, not just support. My Quality Care was born to help other families by taking the stress out of finding support and bringing the right carers together to make the experience seamless.
